According to reports in Spain the Belgium playmaker has agreed terms with the Champions League holders and they will then have to strike a deal with Chelsea.

Hazard has been a long-term target of Real’s and Spanish newspaper AS, citing radio station Onda Madrid, says: “After a summer of flirtation between club and player, the La Liga giants have agreed terms with Hazard, 27, whose Blues contract runs out in 2020.”
Chelsea want to keep Hazard and yesterday it was reported by the Daily Mail that they had offered him a new contract worth £300,000 a week.
Kovacic won’t return to Real
Real Madrid will listen to offers for Mateo Kovacic or use him as part of the deal to bring in Eden Hazard. The midfielder, 24, is currently on loan at Chelsea until the end of the season and the Blues are keen for a permanent deal. However, Tottenham could also make a move. (AS)
Spurs bid for Under
Tottenham have reportedly had a £30m bid turned down by Roma for Turkish international Cengiz Under and are set to return with a £45m offer. The 21-year-old winger is also wanted by Arsenal, Chelsea and Bayern Munich. (Daily Mail)
Emery eyes Moraes
Arsenal boss Unai Emery is keen on Brazilian striker Wesley Moraes and could make a £15m bid in January. Moraes plays for Club Brugge in Belgium and the 22-year-old is also a target for Fiorentina and Valencia. (The Sun)
Darmian in demand
Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian is wanted by Premier League strugglers Fulham. However, the 29-year-old would prefer a return to Italy and Inter Milan could try to sign him next summer. (Gazzetta dello Sport/The Sun)
Arnautovic out
Manchester United have received a “transfer blow” after West Ham striker Marko Arnautovic picked up an injury against Cardiff on Tuesday. The Austrian is reportedly a target for United boss Jose Mourinho but is now set for a month on the sidelines. (Daily Express)
Bayern favourites to sign Ramsey
Aaron Ramsey is set to leave Arsenal when his contract expires at the end of the season and a long list of clubs have been linked with the Welsh midfielder. The Daily Telegraph reports that German giants Bayern Munich lead the chase ahead of AC Milan, Manchester United, Juventus and Liverpool.
Kabak wanted
There’s also a transfer battle brewing for the signature of Galatasaray defender Ozan Kabak. The 18-year-old is being linked with Arsenal, Roma, Inter Milan and Manchester United. (The Guardian)
