Westminster has this week found itself embroiled in scandal once again following a torrent of misogyny and sexual harrasment allegations.

The deluge began with an explosive story in the Mail on Sunday, in which a Tory MP accused Labour’s deputy leader Angela Rayner of employing “Basic Instinct”-style tactics to try to throw Boris Johnson off his game during Prime Minister’s Questions.

Tory MPs then faced more torturous headlines when it was revealed that one of their colleagues was accused of watching porn on his phone while sitting in the Commons.
