Police: 1 suspect in Paris attack surrenders

The youngest of three suspects in Wednesday's attack at Charlie Hebdo magazine has surrendered to police, ABC News reports. The Guardian is reporting that 18-year-old Hamyd Maroud turned himself in at a station in Charleville-Mezieres near the Belgian border. ABC's Jon Williams tweeted that the news was confirmed by the French Interior Ministry. --Catherine Garcia
