Jeb Bush launches PAC, creeps closer to 2016 campaign

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) on Tuesday announced the formation of a new political action committee, the latest indication he's preparing to launch a 2016 campaign.

The Right to Rise PAC's goal is to "support candidates who believe in conservative principles to allow all Americans to rise up," Bush explained in a video posted to his Facebook page. Last month, Bush said he was "actively" exploring a White House bid, though he did not establish the usual exploratory committee.
