Rick Perry: Running for president is 'not an IQ test'

Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) says you don't have to be smart to run for president.

"Running for the presidency's not an IQ test," he told MSNBC. "It is a test of an individual's resolve. It's a test of an individual's philosophy. It's a test of an individual's life experiences."
