If you're fond of training your brain, you've probably heard of Elevate, which Apple just deemed its favorite app of the year. The program lets you pick skills you'd like to improve, like tip calculations, name recall, and conversions, then gives you a personalized training plan. All you have to do, basically, is play some games.
Elevated edged out Instagram's Hyperlapse, which produces a neat time lapse from your predictably shaky video.
