Lebanese security officials say that a wife of Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and one of his sons were detained by the army at the border as they tried to cross into the country from Syria.
The officials did not release the woman's name, Reuters reports, and only described her as one of Baghdadi's unknown number of wives. The woman is a Syrian citizen, The Associated Press reports, and she and the son were carrying fake documents. The detainment reportedly occurred 10 days ago, and was in coordination with "foreign intelligence apparatus."
