Two Minneapolis men have been charged with conspiring to aid the Islamic State, federal prosecutors announced Tuesday. Eighteen-year-old Abdullahi Yusuf was arrested at the Minneapolis airport in May, while 20-year-old Abdi Nur is believed to be in Syria.
Both were charged with conspiracy to aid a terrorist group, and Nur was additionally charged with providing support to a foreign terrorist organization.
