Man shows up drunk for a job interview, proceeds to stab the boss
Take note, job seekers: This is not the way to get hired.
Jose Lopez showed up to a Southern California business on Monday afternoon for a job interview. But when the boss conducting the interview confronted Lopez about the smell of alcohol on his breath, the applicant got angry, and tried to fight the business owner, NBC 7 San Diego reports.
The boss eventually subdued Lopez, putting him in a headlock, at which point Lopez stabbed his interviewer and ran away. Unfortunately for the drunken Lopez, he left one important piece of information behind: His job application.

The business owner, whose wound was reportedly minor, showed the application to El Cajon police, who used the application to locate Lopez at his self-listed address, and arrest him on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
