Toy Story 4 is coming in 2017

Toy Story 3 concluded the franchise on a beautiful, poignant note that was as definitive as endings get. But it also earned $1 billion and a Best Picture nomination, so of course, Disney is making another one anyway.
In a conference call with investors, Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed that Toy Story 4 will hit theaters in June 2017. The film will be directed by John Lasseter, who helmed the first two Toy Story movies (but not the third, which was directed by Lee Unkrich).
