Republican Tom Cotton opens huge lead in Arkansas Senate race
That's according to the latest poll from the University of Arkansas, which finds Cotton leading Sen. Mark Pryor (D), 49 percent to 36 percent, among likely voters.
Almost every other recent poll has shown Pryor trailing, though by slightly smaller margins. FiveThirthyEight now gives Cotton an 83 percent chance of winning.
