Nurse Kaci Hickox defies Ebola quarantine, goes for a bike ride
Kaci Hickox, the nurse who was placed under quarantine in New Jersey and then in her native Maine after she returned to the U.S. from treating Ebola patients in Sierra Leone, challenged her confinement Thursday morning by going for a bike ride with her boyfriend.
Maine Gov. Paul LePage (R) is seeking a court order to keep Hickox under house arrest until Nov. 10, even though she tested negative for the disease and has displayed no symptoms.
