Democrat Bruce Braley pulls ahead by a hair in new Iowa Senate poll
Democratic candidate Bruce Braley may yet have a chance to pull out a win in Iowa's crucial Senate race, according to a Loras College poll released Tuesday.
In the poll, Braley leads Republican Joni Ernst 45 percent to 44 percent among likely voters. It's the first time in more than a month that a major poll has put Braley in front.
With one week to go before the midterms, Ernst has a 66 percent chance of winning the race, according to FiveThirtyEight.
