SNL, Jeff Daniels reprise Jim Carrey's iconic roles in fake family reunion
Saturday Night Live staged a mock family reunion for host Jim Carrey this weekend, with the show's actors offering up their best renditions of Carrey's most memorable roles. And with Carrey on a media tour to promote his new movie, Dumb and Dumber To, his co-star, Jeff Daniels, made a surprise appearance as a dunderheaded member of the Carrey family tree, too.
Though the sketch hinged on a single gag repeated ad nauseam, SNL's writers still signed off on it, probably with a collective shrug while saying:
