2 dead, including gunman, in Seattle-area high school shooting

Marysville Pilchuck High School, which is north of Seattle, was placed on lockdown Friday after reports of a shooting.
CNN reports that the lone gunman shot five people, killing one of them. Police have confirmed that the shooter was a student and is now dead from a self-inflicted gunshot.
One of the students in the lockdown told CNN (via phone) that the shooting started in the school's cafeteria. CNN affiliate KIRO-TV reported footage of students running out of the building with their arms in the air.
