With the help of Harry Styles, a writer has turned her fan fiction into four books and a six-figure paycheck.

Anna Todd's After series will tell the story of a college freshman who gets frisky with a man named Harry Styles, Rolling Stone reports. The novel started on the free website Wattpad, where it has received more than one billion hits. Now, it's being cleaned up with better prose and extended sex scenes, and Harry Styles has morphed into Hardin Scott. The story will be split into four books — one out now, with the next three coming quickly in November, December, and February.
