The likely target is Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, who not so coincidentally is also a potential Republican candidate for president in 2016. Paul has frequently pressed the panic button on Ebola, reaching the point that his own father, former Rep. Ron Paul (R), has contradicted him.
