Democratic Sen. Mark Udall on whether Common Core is good or bad: 'Yes'

Senator Mark Udall (D-Colo.) is running a difficult race to keep his seat against challenger Rep. Cory Gardner (R), and it seems like he may be ready for a break. In an interview with Denver's ABC 7 News this past weekend, Udall was asked: "Is Common Core good or bad for Colorado students?" He simply answered, "Yes."

Udall's issue page on education on his Senate website and his campaign issues page both do not mention Common Core; the campaign has not released a clarifying statement so far.
