Lil Jon does not endorse turning down, though he does support turning out. The rapper teamed up with the nonpartisan group Rock the Vote to film a music video parodying his ubiquitous party jam, "Turn Down for What," as the more midterm-appropriate "Turn Out for What."
Even with all the celebrity cameos, I don't see this one catching on with the club crowd.
