Spanish nurse first person to be infected with Ebola outside Africa

A nurse in Madrid has tested positive for Ebola, Spain's Health Minister said Monday. The nurse is believed to be the first person to become infected with the virus outside of Africa.

The nurse was one of several who treated a Spanish priest who returned home from Sierra Leone after contracting the virus. The woman has been isolated, and health officials are figuring out everyone whom she came into contact with that could also be infected.
