Mitt Romney for president — again?

It's been rumored for some time that Romney could slip into the race if everything falls into place; he said himself that though he was leaning against a third White House bid, "circumstances can change." And in the latest sign Romney may indeed pursue the GOP nomination, the former Massachusetts governor is "talking with advisers, consulting with his family, keeping a close eye on the emerging '16 Republican field, and carefully weighing the pluses and minuses of another run," according to The Washington Examiner's Byron York.
