Could Jim Webb be Hillary Clinton's big test on the left in 2016? The former Virginia senator gave that impression Tuesday, critiquing his party's hawkish turn and saying flat out that he is "seriously looking at the possibility of running for president."
Webb's remarks came during a speech at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Webb — whom the New York Times recently said could be Clinton's "worst nightmare" — also took issue with Washington's partisan sniping, and hinted on Twitter he could be the guy to cut through the divisiveness.
