Watch the intense new trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1
"I never wanted any of this," says Katniss Everedeen (Jennifer Lawrence), the reluctant leader of the anti-government rebellion, in the new trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1. "I never wanted to be in the Games. I just wanted to save my sister and keep Peeta alive."
Her enemy, President Snow (Donald Sutherland), delivers an ominous reply: "Miss Everdeen, it's the things we love most that destroy us."
This new trailer sets up the primary conflict for the penultimate entry in the Hunger Games series, as Katniss' closest ally Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) becomes the puppet of President Snow. Despite his apparent betrayal, Katniss is dedicated to saving her friend. telling her allies, "You will rescue Peeta at the earliest opportunity, or you will find another Mockingjay."
