Draven Rodriguez, a student at Schenectady High School in New York, is petitioning his school to let him use a rather unique photo for his senior portrait in the yearbook.

The photo, taken by photographer Vincent Giordano of Trinacria Photography, features Rodriguez holding a cat, complete with a looming cat face and lasers in the background. The school has said that the photo can be used in the yearbook, but not as his senior portrait, CBS 6 Albany reports.
