Britain's Prince William and Kate Middleton are expecting a 2nd child


It looks like young Prince George is getting a sibling: On Monday, Buckingham Palace announced that Prince William and his wife, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, are expecting a second child. "The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news," the palace assured everyone. So is Britain's non-royal government:
Prince George may or may not be delighted to no longer be an only child, but he is still third in line to the British throne; his new brother or sister will merely be rich and famous.
