Watch a pair of deer deftly navigate rush-hour traffic on the Golden Gate Bridge

On Fridays, everyone's just trying to get home and start the weekend off right.

That apparently goes for deer, too, as a pair appeared on San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge on Friday evening, setting off a photo spree on Twitter and other social media applications:

NBC's Bay Area affiliate reported that the deer made it safely across the bridge and exited on the Marin County side. A local police officer noted that the rush-hour traffic probably saved the deer from a much sadder ending, as the cars were already moving slowly when the pair appeared.
