Justin Bieber arrested for assault and dangerous driving in Canada
It's been a rough year for pop star Justin Bieber, who kicked off 2014 with a January arrest for charges that included driving under the influence and resisting arrest during a trip Miami. Unfortunately, all his troubles have followed him back to his home country; over the weekend, Bieber had yet another run-in with the law in Canada.
On Friday afternoon, Bieber was driving an ATV when he was allegedly involved in a collision with a minivan. Police officials said there was a "physical altercation" between Bieber and the other driver. The pop star was taken into custody and charged with dangerous driving and assault.
Bieber will be required to appear in court to face the charges later this month.
