Mitt Romney on 2016: 'Circumstances can change'

Mitt Romney says he may run for president once again, but only because he's not a soothsayer.
In an interview Tuesday on The Hugh Hewitt Show, the former Massachusetts governor and twice-failed presidential candidate said he wasn't planning to run because, "someone else has a better chance than I do." However, Mitt still cracked the door a teensy bit for a 2016 bid of his own, adding that "circumstances can change."
"Let's say all the guys that were running all came together and said, 'Hey, we've decided we can't do it, you must do it,'" he said. "That's the one of a million we're thinking about."
