Rick Perry: There is a 'very real possibility' that ISIS slipped into the U.S. from Mexico

Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) on Thursday warned that ISIS militants could stream across the U.S.-Mexico border to wage war within the United States.
"I think there is the obvious, great concern that — because of the condition of the border from the standpoint of not being secure and us not knowing who is penetrating across — that individuals from ISIS or other terrorist states could be" entering the U.S., Perry told an audience at the Heritage Foundation. "And I think it's a very real possibility that they have already used that."
However, Perry added that there was "no clear evidence" ISIS or other militants had actually broached the border.
