Watch Hillary Clinton and Kevin Spacey plot a birthday present for Bill
"Washington, D.C. is so boring during the summer," Frank Underwood tells us at the beginning of a video clip shot House of Cards-style and released this week.
So, Underwood entertains himself by giving Hillary Clinton a ring and pretending to be her husband, Bill Clinton, asking what she's planning to give the former president for his birthday. Despite some pretty painful overacting, Clinton plays along gamely throughout the clip, which was created for the Clinton Foundation, to celebrate Bill Clinton's 68th birthday, on August 19. While that makes the whole thing feel a little too "Happy Birthday, Bill! From, Bill!," stick around to the end of the clip for a classic House of Cards-esque text message exchange. --Sarah Eberspacher
