Female pitcher leads her team to Little League World Series

Pennsylvania's Mo'Ne Davis pitched six strikeouts at a Little League regional championship game Sunday. Now, she's leading her team, the Taney Youth Baseball Association Little League of Philadelphia, to the Little League World Series.

Davis, 13, will be the 18th female to play in the Little League World Series, and Sunday's game made her the first girl to throw a shutout in a Little League championship game. She told The Today Show that she played softball when she was younger, but she prefers baseball. "I'll probably either be the first female in the MLB or in the NBA," Davis said on the show.
