This was just mean-spirited: A 24-year-old man has been fined for going to a Portsmouth, England, cemetery and pretending to be a ghost.

Witnesses reported a group "engaging in rowdy behavior and one of them throwing their arms in the air and saying 'woooooo,'" a Hampshire police spokesman The Guardian. Anthony Stallard and his friends had made their way to the cemetery after drinking, and in addition to doing their best Casper impressions, they played soccer among the tombstones.
