Girls' Allison Williams will star in NBC's Peter Pan Live

NBC has announced that Allison Williams will be playing the titular role in its upcoming production Peter Pan Live.
"We couldn't be happier that Allison Williams is our Peter Pan," Robert Greenblatt, chair of NBC Entertainment, told The Hollywood Reporter. Williams joins previously-announced star Christopher Walken, who will play Captain Hook. Peter Pan Live will air on Dec. 4.
Williams has demonstrated her singing ability before — both in the viral video that made her famous and Girls, where her talents have been mostly used for more cringe-worthy purposes.
