Snow White and the Huntsman is getting a Kristen Stewart-less sequel
If you're one of the few people who hasn't already forgotten that Snow White and the Huntsman ever existed, you'll be happy to hear that there's a sequel on the horizon. There's just one catch: Snow White will be sitting this one out.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the planned sequel will be titled The Huntsman, following Chris Hemsworth's character from the first installment. Charlize Theron's Ravenna is also expected to return as the villain, and Frank Darabont is in talks to direct.
But Kristen Stewart, who played Snow White in the original, will not be in The Huntsman. Though no reason for her omission was given, it was rumored back in 2012 that Stewart would "not be invited to return if the follow-up goes forward."
