Hulu abandons plans to revive Community

Bad news for Community fans: you might need to live with five seasons and no movie. According to TVLine, Hulu — which expressed tentative interest in reviving Community in May — has "abandoned talks" to bring back the beloved cult NBC sitcom for a sixth season.

Sony Pictures Television remains "determined" to find a new home for Community, but they're on a very tight deadline: The contracts that would bring back Community's ensemble cast for a sixth season are set to expire on June 30.
