Hillary Clinton took time out from her whirlwind book tour to personally deliver an autographed copy of the memoir to a big anthropomorphic squirrel who's been hounding her proto-campaign for president. And incredibly, the run-in gave us this wonderful Clinton quote: "Hello Mr. Squirrel, how are you?"
The squirrel is a Republican National Committee gimmick meant to mock Clinton with nut puns — "Another Clinton in the White House is nuts" — though it appears to be having little effect in rankling the former secretary of state. --Jon Terbush
