Kevin Costner returns to 'Field of Dreams' for film's 25th anniversary

"We don't usually have this many people around when we do this," Kevin Costner joked as he and his two sons, Cayden, 7, and Hayes, 5, played catch in Dyersville, Iowa on Friday.

Costner, his family, and other stars from the 1989 film Field of Dreams returned to the iconic baseball field carved out of a cornfield to mark the movie's 25th anniversary, the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reported.

And with Father's Day on Sunday, it seems only fitting to include the classic scene, in which (spoiler!) Costner's character Ray plays a game of catch with his dad. I've watched this movie a million times, and I still tear up even when this scene is presented as a three-minute-long YouTube clip. Baseball! Iowa! Redemptive ghosts! Gotta love it. --Sarah Eberspacher
