Watch George H. W. Bush celebrate his 90th birthday with a 6,000-foot parachute jump
Former President George H.W. Bush marked his 90th birthday in style: By skydiving out of a helicopter.
The elder Bush, who can no longer use his legs, was accompanied for the tandem jump from a height of 6,000 feet by Sgt. 1st Class Mike Elliott, a former member of the Army's parachute team, the Golden Knights. The jump took place near Bush's home in Kennebunkport, Maine.
Here's the video of the entire jump, courtesy of Fox News, complete with running commentary by the channel's daytime hosts. --Eric Kleefeld
