President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin both attended ceremonies in France on Friday commemorating the 70th anniversary of the D-Day invasions. While the pair did finally speak briefly — the first time the leaders have met face-to-face since the Ukraine crisis flared earlier this spring — a photo from one of the events suggests tensions were not entirely smoothed over:
