Brad Pitt had a close call last night on the red carpet of the premiere of his wife Angelina Jolie's film, Maleficent. According to CNN, a man attempted to crash the stars-only area and tried to hit Pitt in the face. It's unclear if the man "punched or slapped" the star. Regardless, Pitt wasn't injured.
The alleged attacker is a known troublemaker. Vitalii Sediuk, 25, is the same man who tried to kiss Will Smith at a red carpet event two years ago, and charged the stage at the Grammy Awards before Adele could accept her trophy in 2013. The Los Angeles Police Department arrested Sediuk on suspicion of battery.
