Some lucky boaters near Tampa Bay were given a rare treat this Memorial Day weekend. A pack of 16 curious manatees swam up to their boat, offering a rare sighting of the notoriously reclusive creatures. A witness captured the encounter on camera, and told WTVT-TV that the manatees graced the boaters only briefly with their presence.
