A Florida vice detective has used a rubber penis to arrest an alleged prostitute. Cops are forbidden to expose themselves during sting operations, so many hookers require clients to do just that. The creative detective therefore displayed a "rubber replica of a penis," and the woman's subsequent behavior led to her arrest.
