Paris gunman pledged allegiance to ISIS in posthumous video

Amedy Coulibaly, the gunman who last week killed five people in an attack on a kosher supermarket in Paris, pledged allegiance to ISIS in a video that surfaced Sunday.
In the video, the 32-year-old Coulibaly is seen alongside a rifle and an ISIS symbol professing allegiance "to the Caliph of the Muslims, Abu Bakr al Bagdadi." Coulibaly, who killed a police officer and four hostages before police killed him, adds in the video that he was "in league" with the brothers who on Wednesday killed 12 people in an attack on the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.
The SITE Intelligence Group said it had verified the video's authenticity.

Also Sunday, prosecutors said they had linked Coulibaly to another shooting Wednesday in a Paris suburb that left a jogger severely wounded.
