Cracking Hitler jokes usually means you're losing an argument, so it's odd that Rep. Randy Weber (R-Texas) decided to pull one out to criticize President Obama on an issue where the White House is already on the defensive: The decision to not send a senior U.S. official to Sunday's massive march against Islamist extremism in Paris.
