The Ohio State Buckeyes powered past the Oregon Ducks to win the first college football national title under the NCAA's new mini-playoff regime. The Buckeyes' lopsided 42-20 win over the Ducks was something of an upset, as was their win over No. 1 Alabama in the semifinals. Ohio running back Ezekiel Elliott (pictured) notched 246 of the Buckeys' rushing yards and ran in four touchdowns.
