Romney adviser: President Mitt would have prevented rise of ISIS

As Mitt Romney gears up for a possible third presidential run, his army of former advisers and hangers-on are making his case to the press. In particular, they are stressing that Romney got it right on foreign policy in 2012, framing Russia as the U.S.'s top geopolitical foe and disagreeing with President Obama on withdrawing U.S. forces from Iraq. As The Boston Globe reports:

If Romney were president, one longtime adviser said,"There wouldn't be an ISIS at all, and Putin would know his place in life. Domestically, things would be in better shape." [The Boston Globe]
