Joni Ernst to deliver GOP's State of the Union response


Freshman Sen. Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) will deliver the Republican response to President Obama's State of the Union address next week. Ernst was elected in November, and is perhaps best known for cutting a campaign ad in which she touted her experience "castrating hogs." --Jon Terbush
