Netflix announced Tuesday that it would begin streaming The Interview, the controversial stoner comedy about a fake plot to assassinate North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, on Saturday, Jan. 24.
Last month, Sony Pictures Entertainment temporarily shelved the film amid a threatening cyberattack. The film has since earned around $40 million in digital rentals and sales.
