Joe Biden: 'There is a chance' I'll run in 2016

In an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos after the State of the Union Tuesday, the vice president dipped a toe into the 2016 waters. When asked if there was any chance he would challenge presumptive nominee Hillary Clinton, Biden responded affirmatively, though not without the usual hedging.
"Yes, there is a chance," he said. "But I haven't made my mind up about that."
