There are few shows that pull off a cliffhanger with more panache than NBC's Hannibal, which gutted most of its major characters at the end of its second season without revealing which — if any — would survive.
Fans won't find many hints in this first glimpse of season three, but they will find plenty of the show's usual strengths: tense conversations, stunning production design, and an overwhelming sense of darkness.
Hannibal's third season won't premiere until this summer, so consider this trailer an amuse-bouche before the feast of the next season.
